Powered desalinators

Each model runs independently of a generator; in fact, our units commonly run off standard marine batteries, solar panels, or wind generators. As a result, you minimize battery drain and recharging time. We have built these watermakers to last. Each one is tested to meet strict performance standards. They are compact and simple to operate, and you will easily find the best match for your water needs.

 

POWERSURVIVOR 40E

The PowerSurvivor 40E is compact and energy efficient, drawing only 4 amps to desalinate water for your yacht. Its simple construction and rugged design make the 40E easy to operate, and maintain. With its space-saving design, it can be fit in the smallest compartments. In the event of a power shortage, the 40E is the only system on the market that can convert to a hand operated system.

• Simple, lightest, and most compact machine

• Runs on 4 Amps at 12 Volts DC, making 1.5 gallons (6 liters) per hour

• Rugged and reliable 316 stainless steel pump

• Easily rebuilt in the field

VENTURA SERIES

The Spectra Ventura series is engineered to be energy-efficient and lightweight. The compact, modular design, makes for easy installation in confined spaces. The Ventura 150 delivers over 24 liters (6 gallons) an hour, the Ventura 200 T operates in warm waters, delivering over 31 litres (8 gallons) per hour. With its modular design, it’s an ideal system for installation in tight spaces. Simple analog controls and gauges display the feed water pressure and the product flow meter. A hand-held salinity monitor and a three-way valve for product water testing are included.

CAPE HORN EXTREME 330

The Cape Horn Extreme is reliable and durable, with its diaphragm feed pumps in parallel, it can be run on a single pump for high efficiency or two pumps for high output. The system uses rugged mechanical controls and gauges and is perfect for the hands-on racer or cruiser. The Cape Horn Extreme continues to be the choice for serious offshore racing campaigns like the Volvo Ocean Race ans Clipper Challenge round-the-world yachts.
